Siding installation, soffit, fascia and trim
We install many different types and styles of siding, including vinyl, aluminum and wood products, finished with the accessories that make an exterior look deliberate rather than patched together.
What we install
- Designer accessories — door surrounds, window trim, dentil mouldings and octagon or circle vents
- Soffit and fascia in vinyl and aluminum
- Aluminum trim to match or coordinate with all siding colours
- Insulation — Tyvek house wrap and foam insulation available in 1/2″, 3/4″ and 1″, plus Homasote and Celotex brand sheathing
- Vinyl, aluminum and wood siding profiles
- Replacement of rotted sheathing and trim boards
Materials and brands
To complement your siding we can also install designer accessories, soffit and fascia, colour-matched aluminum trim and insulation. Foam insulation is available in 1/2″, 3/4″ and 1″ thicknesses, and we commonly work with Tyvek house wrap along with Homasote or Celotex brand sheathing behind the new siding.

What sits behind the siding matters most
- Water management. Siding is a rainscreen, not a seal. House wrap, properly lapped flashing and a drainage plane are what keep water out of the wall cavity.
- Insulation. Foam board behind vinyl siding reduces air infiltration and raises the surface temperature of the wall, which helps with both heating bills and paint or siding performance.
- Trim details. Corners, frieze boards, window returns and door surrounds are where a siding job looks cheap or looks finished. We build those details rather than hiding them with caulk.
How the project runs
- Free on-site estimate We inspect the existing assembly, take measurements and photographs, and explain what is failing and what the options are.
- Written scope You receive a written price naming the materials, the work included and the exclusions, so nothing is ambiguous later.
- Installation The crew that quoted the job performs the work, protecting the property and cleaning up as they go.
- Walk-through and warranty We review the finished work with you and hand over manufacturer paperwork together with our own workmanship guarantee.

Common questions about siding
Is vinyl siding a good choice for Pennsylvania weather?
Yes. Modern vinyl siding is formulated for freeze-thaw cycles and is the most common choice here because it does not need repainting. Heavier profiles with a foam backing perform better against impact and wind than thin builder-grade panels.
Can you re-side over the existing siding?
Sometimes. If the existing siding is flat, well attached and the wall behind it is dry, an overlay is possible and saves money. If there is rot, soft sheathing or trapped moisture, we recommend removal so the wall can be repaired and properly wrapped.
Do you replace soffit and fascia at the same time?
We inspect both during the estimate. Soffit and fascia are part of the same water-shedding assembly as the gutters, so if they are soft or the fascia is rotted, replacing them while the siding is open costs far less than coming back later.
